By accessing the SteelBox website, submitting an early-access enquiry, using the website chatbot, or communicating with PencilHB SteelBox about a pilot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
"SteelBox", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the PencilHB SteelBox project. "You" refers to the visitor, company, organization, or person using the website.
2. Website and Early-Access Service Status
SteelBox is being developed as AI-guided structural drawing intelligence for structural steel teams. The website currently presents product information, collects pilot interest, and may provide automated answers through a chatbot.
Submitting a form or requesting a demo does not guarantee product access, pilot selection, feature availability, pricing, delivery timeline, or commercial terms. Any pilot or production use may require separate written terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website only for lawful business or informational purposes related to SteelBox. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, probe security, submit malicious code, scrape the website at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, or use the chatbot to generate harmful or unlawful content.

4. Engineering Review and Professional Responsibility
SteelBox is positioned as AI-assisted and engineer-controlled. The website, chatbot, product descriptions, and pilot discussions do not provide professional engineering advice, certified takeoff quantities, design approval, code compliance confirmation, or project certification.
Any structural drawing review, measurement, grouping, material quantity, bill of materials, or engineering decision must be reviewed and confirmed by qualified professionals using the applicable drawings, project specifications, standards, and contract documents.
5. Enquiries and Submitted Information
When you submit the early-access form, you may provide your name, email, company, country, role, drawing standard, drawing volume, and message. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and evaluate pilot fit.
Please do not submit confidential project drawings, personal sensitive information, regulated data, or client-confidential material through the public website or chatbot unless we have separately agreed on a secure process.
6. Availability, Changes, and Third-Party Services
The website and chatbot may depend on hosting, email, AI model, DNS, and other third-party services. We may update, suspend, restrict, or remove any website feature at any time, including the chatbot or early-access form.
We may revise product descriptions, pilot availability, feature wording, and these terms as SteelBox evolves.
7. Intellectual Property
The SteelBox name, website design, product descriptions, interface concepts, copy, graphics, and other materials on the website are owned by or licensed to PencilHB SteelBox.
